The Conference Room:
The Springgrove Estate Shed
Are you looking to host your company’s annual conference, board or internal management meeting, workshops, seminars, product launches, styled wedding shoots, brain-storming session, team building initiatives, or simply spoiling your staff with a company weekend away?
Our country estate is situated near Lothair in Mpumalanga, a mere 3 hours drive from Pretoria and Johannesburg and is able to accommodate 84 guests in the conference facility.

Tailor made packages to suit your needs, thus ensuring the success of your conference. All conference rooms are provided with water and peppermints.

The exclusive use of The Shed for the duration of the corporate event.
- R3000 for Venue Hire
- R1000 for use of projector and drop down screen
- R50 per head for tea and coffee
- R50 for snacks (biscuits or rusks)

If the venue is to be used for seminars during the day and dinners and parties at night, a separate quotation will be given depending on requirements etc.
Breakfast, lunch and/or dinner to be charged separately – depending on what is ordered. This is available from our in-house caterer.
Our in-house caterer will satisfy all your needs. Please discuss with us so that we can tailor-make your package to suit your needs.
We have 2 luxury guest cottages overlooking a dam stocked with bass. Each of the self-catering guest cottages (which are identical in facilities and layout) sleeps a maximum of 6 persons sharing.
There are six “rondavel” cottages below the Manor House located 2 kilometres from Springgrove Cottages. They overlook a dam with incredible birdlife. The Anguni Cottages echo the farm style and are self-catering.
Springgrove Manor Annexes
Accommodation is available in annexes to the main manor house (first established in 1884).

We have access to South Africa’s top guitarist / performer who will entertain your colleagues at a reasonable rate.
